ListKit is created and operated by UREM Inc dba 615 Media. This Privacy Policy explains how ListKit and UREM Inc dba 615 Media collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the ListKit mobile application, websites, web portals, media download pages, and related services, including photo capture, photo editing, video creation, order management, media downloads, customer support, and account features.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “ListKit,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to UREM Inc dba 615 Media and the ListKit services. “You” and “your” refer to users of ListKit, including real estate agents, property managers, team members, clients, and other users who access our app, websites, or media download links.
By using ListKit, you acknowledge that we collect, use, and disclose information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of ListKit, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third-party services used to operate ListKit.
Account and Profile Information
When you create or manage a ListKit account, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Password or passwordless login information
- Business name or brokerage/team information
- Profile settings and preferences
- Account status, subscription status, and related account metadata
Listing, Order, and Property Information
ListKit is designed for real estate media workflows. When you create, submit, or manage listing media, we may collect:
- Property address or property label
- Listing or order identifiers
- Job identifiers
- Property details submitted through the app or web portal
- Notes, instructions, or metadata associated with a listing or media order
- Status information related to photo, video, or other media processing
Photos, Videos, and Media Files
When you use ListKit to capture, upload, process, edit, export, or download media, we may collect and process:
- Photos captured or uploaded through the app
- Videos or video exports created from listing media
- Thumbnails, previews, edited files, source files, and related media assets
- File names, file types, file sizes, upload timestamps, and processing status
- Image metadata, which may include camera, device, orientation, exposure, timestamp, and, if enabled or present, location metadata
- Download links and access tokens used to retrieve finished media
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, submit, or share any photos, videos, property information, or other content through ListKit.
Payment and Billing Information
If you purchase services, subscribe to paid features, or complete a payment through ListKit, we may collect billing-related information such as:
- Customer identifier
- Transaction, invoice, subscription, or payment status
- Product, package, or service purchased
- Billing contact information
- Limited payment metadata returned by our payment processor
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe and Apple. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details on our own servers.
App, Device, and Usage Information
When you use ListKit, we may automatically collect:
- Device type, operating system, app version, and device settings
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP address
- Log data, error reports, diagnostics, crash reports, and performance data
- Upload activity, download activity, feature usage, and workflow events
- Session activity, authentication events, and security-related logs
- Referral source, pages viewed, links clicked, and browser information when using our websites or web portals
Camera, Photo Library, and Notification Permissions
Depending on how you use ListKit, the app may request access to device permissions such as:
- Camera access, to capture listing photos or other media
- Photo library access, to select or save media
- Notifications, to send updates about uploads, finished media, orders, account activity, or other service-related events
You can manage these permissions in your device settings. Some ListKit features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.
Communications and Support Information
When you contact us or interact with support, we may collect:
- Name and contact information
- Messages, emails, support tickets, and attachments
- Information about your issue, order, listing, account, device, or app version
- Internal notes and support history used to resolve your request
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, improve, protect, and support ListKit. This includes using information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users and protect account security
- Capture, upload, process, edit, export, and deliver listing media
- Create photos, videos, previews, thumbnails, and download links
- Fulfill orders and provide customer support
- Process payments, invoices, subscriptions, and billing-related activity
- Send transactional emails, notifications, confirmations, receipts, and service updates
- Monitor app performance, diagnose issues, and fix bugs
- Improve the app, web portal, upload experience, media quality, and user experience
- Use finished processed media for portfolio, promotional, educational, advertising, social media, website, and other marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and any written agreement that expressly states otherwise
- Analyze product usage and understand which features are helpful
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights
- Communicate with you about your account, orders, product changes, security alerts, and support requests
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, reporting, product improvement, business planning, and service performance measurement.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We share information only as needed to operate ListKit, fulfill user requests, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or support our business.
Service Providers and Subprocessors
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate ListKit, including providers for:
- Cloud hosting and storage
- Database infrastructure
- Media upload, processing, editing, video rendering, and delivery
- Payment processing
- Transactional email
- Customer support
- Error monitoring and crash reporting
- Product analytics and usage analytics
- Security, logging, and fraud prevention
Examples of service providers we may use include Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Stripe, Postmark, Sentry, Zendesk, and analytics or infrastructure providers. Our service providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
With Users and Authorized Recipients
ListKit may allow media, orders, download links, or listing information to be shared with users, clients, team members, editors, vendors, or other recipients authorized by you or reasonably necessary to complete the requested workflow.
For example, if you generate a video export or media download link, recipients with access to that link may be able to view or download the associated media until the link expires or is disabled.
Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, legal process, or government requests
- Enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of ListKit, UREM Inc dba 615 Media, our users, or others
- Detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, security incidents, abuse, or unlawful activity
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ListKit, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information. For example:
- Account information may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
- Uploaded source media, including original photos, videos, and related upload files, may be deleted from our active systems after 90 days from the date of upload. We reserve the right to delete uploaded source media after that period, but we may retain it for longer when we deem it reasonably necessary for business, operational, customer support, quality control, legal, security, dispute resolution, backup, or other legitimate purposes.
- Finished processed media, including edited photos, video exports, thumbnails, previews, final deliverables, and related output files, may be retained for as long as we deem reasonably necessary for business, operational, customer support, quality control, recordkeeping, marketing, or service improvement purposes.
- Finished media download links may expire after a limited period, such as 14 days, unless otherwise stated. Link expiration does not necessarily mean the underlying finished media has been deleted.
- Payment, invoice, and transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
- Logs, diagnostics, and analytics data may be retained for a limited period to maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve ListKit.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, logging, infrastructure security practices, vendor security reviews, and limited employee or contractor access based on business need.
No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information using reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our services.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access the personal information we maintain about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete certain personal information
- Request a copy of certain personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing

You may update certain account information directly in ListKit or by contacting us. You may also delete your account from within the ListKit app. Account deletion may remove or deactivate your account and certain associated personal information, subject to any information we are permitted or required to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. We may also retain certain information where permitted or required by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.
7. Communications Preferences
We may send you transactional or service-related communications, such as account notices, upload confirmations, order updates, download links, security alerts, payment receipts, and support messages. These communications are part of the ListKit service and may not be fully optional while your account is active.
If we send marketing emails, you may opt out using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional and service-related messages.
You can manage push notification permissions through your device settings.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites, web portals, and download pages may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, or similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in
- Remember preferences
- Secure the service
- Understand website and product usage
- Improve performance and user experience
- Measure marketing or referral effectiveness
- Support marketing pixels, retargeting, targeted advertising, or advertising measurement on the ListKit website

ListKit may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment pages, media download pages, or integrations. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review their policies before using those services.
10. Children’s Privacy
ListKit is not intended for children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Depending on your state of residence, including states such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others with applicable privacy laws, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. The exact rights available to you depend on your location and applicable law.
We do not knowingly sell personal information in exchange for money. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.
We may use marketing pixels or targeted advertising technologies on the ListKit website. If these activities are considered “selling,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or similar activity under applicable law, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms where required.

12. International Users
ListKit is operated from the United States. If you access ListKit from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
13. Business and Professional Users
ListKit is designed primarily for real estate media workflows. If you use ListKit on behalf of a company, brokerage, team, client, or other organization, we may process information as directed by that organization or in connection with providing services to that organization.
If your organization administers your account or pays for your use of ListKit, your organization may have access to certain account, usage, billing, order, or media information associated with your use of ListKit.
14. User Content, Finished Media, and Marketing Use
You are responsible for the content you upload, capture, submit, or share through ListKit, including photos, videos, property details, notes, and other materials.
Unless prohibited by applicable law or a written agreement that expressly states otherwise, we may use finished processed media created through ListKit, including edited photos, video exports, thumbnails, previews, and other final deliverables, for our portfolio, promotional materials, advertising, website, social media accounts, case studies, product examples, educational content, and other marketing purposes.
This marketing use may include posting finished processed media on ListKit, 615 Media, UREM Inc, or related websites and social media accounts. We will not intentionally use your account password, private payment information, or private support communications for marketing purposes.
You should avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the listing media workflow. Before uploading photos or videos, you should consider whether the media contains people, personal belongings, private documents, security systems, license plates, or other sensitive information.
If you submit media on behalf of a client, homeowner, property owner, brokerage, or other third party, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.
15. App Store and Platform Disclosures
ListKit is currently available as an iOS application through the Apple App Store. If you download ListKit through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect information according to its own privacy policy. Apple privacy labels and device permission prompts are intended to summarize certain data practices, but this Privacy Policy provides additional detail about how ListKit handles information.
If ListKit becomes available through additional platforms or app marketplaces in the future, those platforms may collect information according to their own privacy policies and may require additional privacy or data safety disclosures.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice, such as through the app, email, website, or account notice.
Your continued use of ListKit after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
